Applications Support Analyst
Enterprise App Support – Kent State University, Kent, OH
This position will be part of the Enterprise Application Management team that supports and maintains large applications that run the business of the university. The portfolio includes administrative systems and learning management systems. Responsibilities include development and administration for multiple applications, including, but not limited to: eSignature platforms, CRM environments, document imaging, and workflow applications.
A baccalaureate degree in an appropriate field and two or more years of relevant professional experience. Or a combination of education, training, and experience equivalent to an Associate degree in IS/CS plus four years of experience including; administering, documenting, monitoring and/or modifying multiple moderately complex IS applications; performing analysis and judgment regarding interdependencies of processes/applications/technologies; providing user support for multiple moderately complex applications; developing moderately complex application requirements.
