Assistant Director of Campus Safety Services

The College seeks a full-time Assistant Director of Campus Safety Services (CSS). The Assistant Director of Campus Safety Services will support the director by providing administrative leadership of departmental support functions to maintain a safe and secure learning and work environment that is supportive of the educational goals of Williams College. The Assistant Director will be responsible for managing programs within CSS to support the operations of the department.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a public safety or security-related role is required. Familiarity and interest in working with college-age students is strongly preferred as is a commitment to the principles of diversity and inclusion.
  • Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in safety and security.
