Business Analyst, HRIS

The Office of Human Resources at The University of Tampa has an opening for a Business Analyst, HRIS to provide timely and accurate generation and maintenance of data in Workday, which is utilized for our applicant, employee and student life cycles.

Additional duties include:

  1. Configuration
  2. Troubleshooting/support
  3. Reporting
  4. Audit/data integrity
  5. Implementation for updates
  6. Process improvement
  7. Contribute to a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures and backgrounds

Requirements include:

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. 3-5 years’ HRIS experience
  3. Workday and project management experience
  4. Experience in recruitment/selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits
  5. Computer proficiency and technical aptitude
  6. Report writing and query skills
  7. Strong quantitative skills and ability to think critically
  8. Ability to effective plan set priorities and manage several complex projects while working to meet deadlines
  9. Payroll experience a plus
