Labor/Employee Relations & Compliance Manager

California State University-Fullerton (Cal State) is seeking applications for the position of Labor/Employee Relations & Compliance Manager.

About the Position:  The Labor and Employee Relations Manager assists in managing the University’s labor and employee relations program for staff and/or academic employees. Investigates and responds to workplace misconduct and collective bargaining complaints and grievances. Recommends resolution to issues by developing a professional working relationship with staff, management, and union officials.

Essential Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Three years of experience in the area of Labor and/or Employee Relations.
