Manager for Greek Councils
The Manager for Greek Councils assumes primary responsibility for the advisement of the two Greek governing boards (Interfraternity Congress (IFC) and Panhellenic Council (PHC)) and their officers. The position works closely with the Greek Life Staff in all aspects of implementing the Greek Life program for the Case Western Reserve University Greek community of approximately 1,700 students in 26 chapters. The manager is responsible for planning and implementing on-going training of the officers and delegates, the council budgets and the majority of the Greek community wide programs. This position is directly responsible for supervising four student staff members.
Oversee the IFC and Panhellenic Council budgeting process and reconciliation for a budget of over $80,000 and maintain current financial transactions within PeopleSoft system.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of Greek Life experience is required.
Education/Licensing: Master’s degree in an appropriate discipline required. Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Student Development, Counseling or related discipline preferred.
