UCLA HEALTH School of Medicine Registrar
The School of Medicine Registrar operates as the supervisor and student records manager in the Registrar’s Office at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
In this role, you will also be the primary liaison with main campus to help manage health, dental, and disability benefits and other resources for medical students. As custodian of student records, the Registrar’s Office is responsible for the development, maintenance and enhancement of systems and processes, providing analytic support to campus units, providing stand alone and ad hoc reports and statistical data as needed for faculty and administration.
* Experience in medical education or health professions education strongly preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred and/or a minimum of four years of related work experience.
* Uphold the tenets of the Cultural North Star (Do What’s Right, Make Things Better, Be Kind)
* Maintain compliance with FERPA and other guidelines and recommendations from AAMC, LCME, AACRAO and other regulatory bodies.
