Network Services Manager

Responsibilities:  Manage the Information Systems and Network team. Organize systems and network operations to ensure a highly available secure systems and network infrastructure. Strategically plan and implement infrastructure projects based on institutional needs. Develop operational processes, procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Collaborate with Information and Academic Support Systems leaders to develop, plan and implement strategic systems and network goals and objectives.

Qualifications:  A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required.  A minimum five (5) years of experience in implementing systems and network technologies, applications, and security measures. Experience in a wide range of technologies that include Sun, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Cisco, VMware, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Technologies, LAN/WAN Management and architecture planning, telecommunications support including VOIP, and various technologies.
