The National Center for Disability Education and Training is seeking a Program Manager to oversee development and implementation of the Project SEARCH™ model. This National and International program, is a non-paid internship program for youth with disabilities, ages 18-24, to prepare youth for entry level employment. Responsible for project management including writing and negotiating proposal and budgets, contracts for funding sources and team member agreements with stakeholders. Deliver training and capacity-building technical assistance services for individuals and organizations serving youth with disabilities. Data collection, analysis and reporting. Program marketing and committee representation to represent program model to business, public, State and private groups to develop and maintain partnerships to advance diversity and inclusion of youth with disabilities.
